Camp Policies
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A refund (less a $110 processing fee) will be provided to anyone who cancels more than 60 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session. Otherwise no refund will be issued due to any circumstances. There will be no credit or refund for any student who must leave the camp for illness, injury or any other reason, once the camp session has started. In the event of rain at any point during the camp, we will make every attempt at completing the on-court drills and match play program. There will be no refund or credit in the event of inclement weather. In registering online, parent or guardian agrees to waive any claims to a refund.

If the camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 health mandates, customers will be issued a 100% refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a camp cancellation or location change, Collegiate Exposure Camps bears no responsibility for the cost of travel related cancellations and fees.

Deposits
If you paid a deposit to hold your spot for a camp, you will be notified via email to the addresses provided when camp registration opens. You will have 72 hours to complete your registration and pay the remaining balance (camp tuition minus deposit). If you do not meet the deadline, your spot will no longer be guaranteed and you will be subject to first come first serve availability. If you decide not to move forward with registering for the camp or do not register within 60 days or more of the camp start date, you will be given a refund (less a $75 processing fee). No exceptions can be made.
